About SBTI

What is SBTI?

SBTI is an internet-native, entertainment-first personality test. It avoids stiff jargon and looks at how you think, procrastinate, spiral, act, and relate to people in everyday life.

31Visible steps

The main flow shows 31 visible steps. A drink branch inserts 1 extra hidden follow-up.

15 / 5Dimensions / models

Your answers first land on 15 dimensions and then roll up into 5 larger models.

27Possible results

25 standard personalities plus 2 special outcomes.

What SBTI is actually measuring

Think of SBTI as a structured but playful personality test. It keeps the fun of type labels while using more everyday observations: boundaries, procrastination, intensity, execution, social reactions, and emotional habits.

It is built for self-observation, sharing, and conversation. It is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or serious decision-making.

Why it feels internet-native

SBTI spread through Chinese internet culture rather than academic language. It became sticky because the questions and result labels feel like they are calling out real-life behavior instead of reading from a textbook.

That is the tone this site keeps: vivid, playful, and a little sharp, but still structured underneath.

How the test works

The normal path contains 31 visible steps, including one hobby branch question. Only drink-related answers insert an extra hidden follow-up.

After the quiz, the system converts answers into 15 L / M / H dimensions, then compares that pattern with the standard type library. Hidden results only appear when a special rule is triggered.

What the five models look at

The five models cover self, emotion, attitude, action drive, and social behavior. Together they explain how your result is built instead of throwing out a random label.
